Paul J. Sardon, Esq.

A Florida real estate attorney for over twenty years and Founder of Investor's Capital Hub. Paul built ICH to deliver what investors have always wanted but rarely found — a single firm that originates, funds, closes, and services its own loans.

His sister firm, Sardon Law + Title, has handled billions of dollars in Florida real estate transactions since 2006. Now ICH brings that same attorney-led closing discipline to private lending and capital deployment.

Our typical loans range from $200K to $5M+. Smaller and larger deals considered on a case-by-case basis. Every scenario is reviewed by the underwriter handling your file.
Most investor loans close in 7-21 days depending on title condition and property complexity. Bridge and short-term scenarios can move faster when needed. Because we handle closing in-house, we don't wait on outside counsel.
Florida only. We're a licensed Florida mortgage lender and servicer (NMLS #2605912) with deep expertise in the South Florida market.
We are a direct private lender. We originate, fund, and service our own loans — your file doesn't get shopped to other lenders, and your loan doesn't get sold to an unknown servicer after closing.
Capital partners must be accredited investors as defined under SEC Rule 501. We verify accredited status before granting access to the platform. Reach out through the contact form and we'll discuss whether the fit makes sense.
Target yields vary by loan type and structure. We share specific economics with verified accredited investors under NDA after an initial conversation. All loans are first-lien secured by Florida real estate.
